Aura 911: The energy body (or aura) has 7 main layers, each related to the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual state of a person. These layers transmit information between the body (through the chakra system).
The three lower astral layers are associated with the manifestation of the physical and serve to form your individuality. It is also believed that they begin to develop at conception and disappear at death.

AURA 911 The Etheric Body is the first layer of the First Chakra (Root Chakra).
Since it is closest to the physical body, it is the densest, but it is on a higher vibrational level than the physical body.
Functions of the Etheric Body:
The Etheric Body provides vitality and organizes the physical body. It channels energies from the higher bodies down to our physical consciousness.
This is the layer that corresponds to physical life, including sensations, physical pleasure and pain, as well as physical health and well-being.
Form and Structure of the Etheric Body:
The Etheric Body mirrors the shape of the physical body and extends 1 to 5 cm around it. It vibrates at a frequency of 15 to 20 cycles per second. Its form is made up of numerous energy channels called meridians. These channels form a network that supports the tissues of the physical body. Each material organ is seen as a cavity in the Etheric Body, resembling a negative image of the physical body. This energy network is primary and appears before the physical body. It acts as a template in which the cells of the physical body grow.
The Etheric Body is in constant motion. Its color can range from whitish blue to dark blue. A lighter color indicates a thinner etheric layer. In more sensitive and delicate individuals, it appears light blue, while in rougher personalities it is more gray.
This layer is invisible to most people, although it is the first thing you see when you begin to practice aura viewing.
Stimulation of the Etheric Body:
Awareness of the Etheric Body can be achieved through practices such as pranayama, Tai Chi, Qigong, Taoist Yoga, or simply by concentrating the mind on the idea of energy.
It responds to the color red and the musical note “C” and belongs to the physical level of existence.
AURA 911 The Emotional Body is the second layer of the Second Chakra – the Sacral Chakra.
Functions of the Emotional Body:
The Emotional Body provides the ability to have desires, emotions, imagination, and psychic abilities. It gives the strength that is essential for effective action and manifestation in life.
Form and Structure of the Emotional Body:
Although it extends only two to five centimeters from the physical body, it does not mirror the shape of the physical body.
The Emotional Body appears as soft, colorful clouds of pure substance in constant motion, expressing the full spectrum of our emotions. These clouds change color in response to emotional shifts, reflecting the internal moods being transmitted. All the colors of the rainbow can be seen here, and the emotional layer is where the chakras are most easily visible. It shows dark spots or murky, stagnant areas where emotional blockages and disturbances exist.
It is more challenging to see this layer of the aura, but with practice, it is possible.
Sensations Associated with the Emotional Body:
The sensations of the Emotional Body include the full range of emotions, from fear, hatred, and sorrow to love, happiness, and ecstasy. They also encompass the full range of desires, from completely selfish and destructive impulses to high spiritual aspirations and the desire for selfless help.
Awakening the Emotional Body:
Emotional consciousness is primarily awakened through the stimulation of desire.
It responds to the color orange and the musical note “D” and belongs to the physical level of existence.
AURA 911 The Third Layer of the Third Chakra (Solar Plexus). It reflects a person’s thoughts and attitudes.
Functions of the Mental Body:
The Mental Body facilitates cognitive ability, the skill to know. It gives us the capacity to recognize and have thoughts, beliefs, ideas, and higher psychic abilities.
This layer of the aura is the energy we use to intend or change the circumstances around us. Many people consider this the magical layer of the aura because it is the place where you can create anything your soul desires. It is a tool for fulfilling your destiny and for interpreting the path that guides you through life.
Form and Structure of the Mental Body:
The Mental Body extends 6 to 10 centimeters from the body. It is made of finer matter than the Emotional Body and usually appears as a bright yellow light radiating from the head and shoulders, extending around the entire body. The light becomes stronger and pulses when a person is focused on mental tasks. The Mental Body is a structured body. It contains the structure of your ideas, reflecting linear thought processes and your thought forms. The stronger and more ingrained these thoughts are, the more pronounced they are in the Mental Body. The color of the thought forms in the Mental Layer indicates the nature of the emotions attached to them.
The Mental Body can be difficult to conceptualize, as people have only recently begun to develop and consciously use their intellect.
Consciousness of the Mental Body:
Mental consciousness ranges from recognizing the specific, detailed, and particular to recognizing the general, comprehensive, and abstract.
Awakening the Mental Body:
The Mental Body is activated through learning, research, reading, certain types of energy stimulation, as well as some meditation practices.
It responds to the color yellow and the musical note “E” and belongs to the physical level of existence.
AURA 911 The Astral Body is the fourth layer of the Fourth Chakra (Heart Chakra). It reflects your capacity for conditional and unconditional love.
Functions of the Astral Body:
The Astral layer is called the bridge between the denser, lower vibrations of the physical levels and the subtle, higher vibrations of the spiritual levels. In other words, the Astral layer is not only the dividing line but also the connection between the lower three layers and the higher three layers. Through this layer of the aura, all energy passes from one world to another. Almost all healing energies come from the Astral layer, as it is the layer of love, both conditional and universal, and the first of the spiritual layers. This body connects you to higher dimensions of reality and is the gateway to the astral world.
A large part of interactions between people occurs on the astral level. Large colored patches float in the space between people, some pleasant, others not so much. This difference is often felt very strongly. For example, two people might seemingly avoid each other, but on an energetic level, they are having a stormy communication.
Form and Structure of the Astral Body:
The Astral Body consists of colorful clouds, more beautiful than those of the Emotional Body. While the Emotional Body tends to have the same set of colors, here there is also the pink light of love. It extends 15 to 30 centimeters from the body.
When people fall in love, beautiful arcs of pink light can be seen between their hearts, adding a lovely pink hue to the usual golden pulsations of the pituitary gland. Threads grow from the chakras, connecting the couple. When the relationship ends, these threads are severed, sometimes causing intense pain.
The emotional experience includes dreams, fantasies, near-death experiences, hallucinations, imagination, and visions.
Awakening the Astral Body:
The Astral Body is activated through meditation.
It can also be activated by psychic development techniques, out-of-body (astral) travel techniques, shamanic practices, lucid dreaming, drugs—especially psychedelics, certain pranayama practices, certain types of trauma, biochemical imbalances, as well as some forms of energy stimulation.
It responds to the color green and the musical note “F” and belongs to the spiritual level of existence.
AURA 911 The Etheric Double is the fifth layer of the Fifth Chakra (Throat Chakra). This layer is like a mirror of the Etheric layer, but it also contains all the forms of the physical body.
Functions of the Etheric Double:
The Etheric Double contains all the forms of the physical layers, like a blueprint. When illness occurs, the first layer becomes deformed and falls out of balance with the physical body. At that point, the Etheric Double can be used to restore the first layer. In the Etheric Double, sound can create matter, which is why the use of healing sounds can affect this layer by altering certain vibrations of the double. Thus, diseases can be observed and treated in this layer, and healing can be transmitted down to the physical body.
Form and Structure of the Etheric Double:
It extends 30 to 60 centimeters from the body and is usually observed as a cobalt blue color. Similar to the first layer, it represents a negative image of all the organs and lower layers, giving shape to the physical body.
For clairvoyants, the template forms appear as clear or transparent lines on a blue background.

The Etheric Double is activated through sound.
It responds to the color blue and the musical note “G” and belongs to the spiritual level of existence.
AURA 911 The Celestial Body is the sixth layer of the Sixth Chakra (Third Eye). It is composed of light and is also known as the intuitive level, where we have access to higher intellectual knowledge, wisdom, and information available to the collective consciousness.
Functions of the Celestial Body:
This layer provides access to higher feelings, thoughts, and manifestations. It is the level at which we experience spiritual ecstasy. This is the layer that expresses the connection with God, the Creator, or “All That Is” and where unconditional love flows. When this body is developed through heightened awareness, personal growth, and creative visualization, it can be extremely powerful in connecting us to our life’s purpose and can give it much strength and balanced perspective.
Form and Structure of the Celestial Body:
The Celestial Body is located 80 to 90 centimeters from the body.
It is harder to see, as its colors appear as a beautiful shimmering light of pastel shades with no definite shape. This light has a golden-silver glow. This layer is quite different from the Etheric Double and is made up of numerous rays of light.
Stimulation of the Celestial Body:
The Celestial Body is awakened through meditation and transformation. When we reach it, we attain the state of “being.” We understand our connection with the universe and begin to see light and love in everything that exists. When we feel that we are one with the universe, we have elevated our consciousness to the sixth level of the aura.
Unconditional love arises when there is a connection between the open heart chakra and the open celestial chakra. Then we combine human love for our fellow beings with spiritual love, which transcends physical reality. The merging of the two gives birth to unconditional love.
It responds to the color indigo and the musical note “A” and belongs to the spiritual level of existence.
AURA 911 The Causal Body
The Causal Body is the seventh layer of the Seventh Chakra (Crown Chakra). It contains the life plan or “soul contract” and reflects all the experiences and events that the soul has gone through in the current life.
Functions of the Causal Body:
The Causal Body pertains to our current incarnation and contains the structure of the physical body and all the layers of the aura.
Form and Structure of the Causal Body:
The Causal Body extends about one meter around the physical body and is composed of fine golden threads of light. It has an egg-like shape. Its outer part is strong and resilient. On the outer surface, bands of light known as “past life bands” can be seen. For less evolved souls, this layer is more contracted, whereas for more developed souls, it extends to all areas the soul needs to access. This layer possesses the most intense energy.
Very few people claim to have been able to see this layer of the aura.
