What should we know about intuition?

Feel yourself relaxing, letting go of daily worries. Focus on your breathing, make your thoughts “quiet,” and listen to your inner voice.   • Mentally “draw” a geometric shape of your choice – square, triangle, circle, or other. Focus on this image for a few minutes, then move to the next drawing.
